Your first session does not need to feel awkward. With a little information and clear communication, you can feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Before your appointment

Arrive a few minutes early so you do not need to rush. Avoid a very heavy meal immediately beforehand and let us know about sensitivities, pregnancy or anything relevant to your comfort.

No special clothing is required. Choose comfortable clothes and you will have the time and privacy you need to prepare.

The short conversation that makes a difference

Before the session, we will ask which areas you would like us to avoid or focus on, what pressure you prefer and what you expect from the visit. There are no right or wrong answers.

During the massage you can ask for a change in pressure, temperature or position. Your comfort is part of the process, not something to mention only at the end.

After the session

Stand up slowly, take your time and continue your day without rushing where possible. If you have questions about a future visit, this is a good time to discuss them.
